These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Flux Digital Creator. By contacting or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Flux Digital Creator provides creative services including:

  • 3D Modeling

  • 3D Animation

  • 3D Logo Animation

  • CGI & VFX

  • Character Rigging & Animation

  • Lighting & Rendering

  • Product Visualization

  • Environment & Scene Design

  • All services are provided on a freelancing basis.

2. Project Discussion & Scope

  • Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are finalized based on discussions with the client before starting the project.

  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.

3. Payments

  • Advance payment may be required before project initiation.

  • Full payment must be completed before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments once made are non-refundable after project work has started.

4. Revisions

  • Limited revisions are included as discussed during project confirmation.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

5. Project Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and timely input from the client.

  • Flux Digital Creator is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete client responses.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate project requirements, references, and materials necessary for project completion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of the final project is transferred to the client only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Flux Digital Creator reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by the client.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and timely input from the client.

  • Flux Digital Creator is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete client responses.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Flux Digital Creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Flux Digital Creator reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
